Billionaire businessman Elon Musk and actor James Franco were on the witness list that Amber Hard’s defense in the case brought her to stand against her ex-husband Johnny Depp.
The actor is suing her for defamation after an op-ed was published in The Washington Post in 2018 where he described his alleged experience as a victim of domestic violence despite not mentioning Depp’s name.
According to the New York Post, both Elon Musk and James Franco have been found unavailable in court to defend Amber Hard. Heard and Depp first dated the actress about a year after their divorce.
The second was a colleague of the actress and he would be with her the day after Johnny Depp’s alleged assault, so that he could testify about the alleged bodily injury to Amber Hard’s face.
This episode took place on the night of May 21, 2016.
The police officers who responded to the call have already testified in court – they testified that the redness on the actress’ face matched the fact that she was crying, but not with physical aggression. The actress’s defense indicates that the wounds can be disguised with makeup.
